The rules are enforced for you
Every booking is checked the instant it is made, so nobody has to audit a sign-up sheet afterward. Each school sets its own numbers.
- Yearly hours cap
- Each model's booked and worked hours are counted against your cap for the fiscal year. A booking that would go over is refused.
- Sessions in a row
- Each class sets how many sessions in a row the same model may take, so a class sees a variety of models.
- No double booking
- A model can't hold two sessions at the same time, even at two different schools.
- Booking window
- Sessions open for booking a set number of days ahead, so everyone gets the same chance.
- Cancellation cutoff
- Models can cancel on their own until your cutoff. After that, staff cancel for them.
- Reliability
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows limit how much a model can book for a while.
